- Firefighters names are entered by purchaser. Names appear in scroll down menu under "in" and "out" boxes. All names can be shown all the time, or they can be "filtered" to only show names of firefighters on duty

- When incident is terminated you enter your department run number and date. The incident information is then saved. A detailed report can then be printed, showing times, firefighters assignments and locations. This proves to be an invaluable training tool
